Tasting Notes: Aroma of apple pie spices (cinnamon and clove), Granny Smith apple, stone fruit (apricot and white peach). Crisp acidity, creamy mid-palate, long clean finish.
Fermentation & Aging: Barrel fermented in French oak for an average of 12 days. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels; 20% new.
