The Winemaking Team
The Terlatos use a collaborative winemaking approach that brings together the family, Vice President of Winemaking Doug Fletcher, and three superbly trained and experienced winemakers, each of whom possesses unique areas of expertise.
- Bryan Parker, with a Ph.D. in physical chemistry, is a source of extraordinary technical knowledge, and his long experience in Sonoma is vital in crafting the Terlato Syrah, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Gris.
- Marisa Taylor, based in Rutherford, helps guide the winery’s ambitious program of Bordeaux-inspired wines with her masterful ability to find the perfect blend.
- Stags Leap District expert Elizabeth Vianna, lends an artistic sensibility to crafting powerful yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon.
- Marco Simonit and Pierpaolo Sirch are accomplished winemakers and viticulturalists in Italy. They are credited with revolutionizing techniques for maximizing fruit quality and vine health in some of the most renowned vineyards in the world.
