Terlato Devils' Peak
The “Peak Series” of wines of Napa Valley Bordeaux blends were born to honor three grand crus of Bordeaux and the families that own those chateaux. Devils’ Peak is the second blend in the Terlato Family Vineyards Peak series, following the traditions and methods of the St. Émilion region, which is dominated by Cabernet Franc, some Merlot and a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon.

Tasting Notes: Aromas of blueberry and floral notes with hints of jasmine tea. Firm, with a mix of spicy, fresh-turned earth, dried berry and sage on the palate. Maintains focus and fine balance, ending with crushed rock and tobacco.
Fermentation & Aging: Each vineyard block is vinified separately. Like the traditional method in Bordeaux, the wines are assessed in January with final blending done in March. Aged in French oak barrels, 50% new, in underground wine caves for 22 months.
Alcohol: 14.2%
